Relevant trade experience and verifiable references
Active workers' compensation, auto, and general liability insurance
OSHA 10 at minimum (OSHA 30 required for foremen)
EPA Section 608 for refrigeration contractors
Your own hand tools and PPE
A clean background and willingness to submit to drug screening

OUI works exclusively with 1099 independent contractors who are experienced, licensed, and self-sufficient in the field.

Before you apply, know this: We are a travel construction company. Expect to be on the road 75% of the time or more, with time off allocated approximately every 3 to 4 weeks. If that works for your life, we want to hear from you.
